Executive Property Management was established in 1992 to provide professional association management services to planned unit developments, town homes and condominium associations in Ventura County. We have twenty years of experience interacting with and meeting the needs of a diversity of homeowners, including the first-time buyers, busy professional, and retiree. We exclusively specialize in the management of community associations and offer our clients “hands on” management that is designed to meet the unique character and needs of each association.

Our system keeps complete, accurate records of every income and expense of your association in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices. Our financial reports provide you with a fully itemized record of all transactions to assist the Board in keeping the association’s finances on track.
